Welcome to Daisy Dale Farm Park, By entering the Park, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before your visit.
Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) at all times.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified at the time of purchase. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Park management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the Park if they are found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or engaging in unlawful or inappropriate behavior.
Certain rides and attractions have specific height and/or weight restrictions for safety purposes. Please check signage at each attraction.
Guests with medical conditions, heart issues, neck or back problems, or expectant mothers are advised not to participate in certain attractions. Guests are responsible for determining their own suitability for rides and attractions.
Children must be supervised at all times by their parents or guardians. The Park is not responsible for the supervision of children.
Weapons, alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the Park.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other visitors and Park staff. Harassment, aggressive behavior, or any other conduct that could endanger others is prohibited.
Guests are responsible for any damage or destruction of Park property due to negligence or misconduct and may be liable for the costs of repairs.
The Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please report any lost items at the Park's lost and found center.
The Park reserves the right to close rides, attractions, or the entire Park without notice due to maintenance, weather, or any other safety concerns.
Ride wait times are estimates and may vary based on demand, operational constraints, or weather conditions.
Guests are expected to respect the order of queues. Line-jumping or saving places for others is not allowed.
By entering the Park, guests acknowledge and accept that certain activities, rides, and attractions may pose inherent risks. The Park is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of property that occur within the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Park staff.
In the event of a medical emergency, please notify the nearest staff member. The Park provides first-aid stations, but is not responsible for providing extensive medical care.
Guests entering the Park may be photographed or recorded for marketing and promotional purposes. By entering, you consent to the Park using any images or videos captured during your visit for promotional or advertising purposes without compensation.
Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use, but drones and other professional equipment are prohibited without prior authorization.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given for unused tickets or for tickets purchased incorrectly. Refunds are only granted under exceptional circumstances as determined by the Park’s management.
The Park reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, tickets, or promotions at its discretion.
All guests are required to comply with health and safety protocols, which may include wearing face masks, maintaining physical distance, and undergoing temperature checks, as required by local health authorities or the Park.
Guests displaying symptoms of illness may be denied entry or asked to leave the Park for the safety of other visitors and staff.
The Park reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the Park premises.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana/India, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana/India.
